Does anyone have any knowledge of this software. I am re installing it on a new domain, but I keep getting this error.

Yes, it is a legal version.

I have contacted the one admin. However, not sure when he will reply, and I was looking to have this relaunched tonight.

Don't have any knowledge of it, but I think that's a memory issue.

Thanks to hostgator's help, I found the issue. The file I was having issues with, had to be uploaded in binary mode, but the install docs didnt say nothing about it.
