here's my problem... http://24.171.18.209/updown.php is supposed to work like... http://www.eclectronicrecords.com/updown.php . but whenever you upload a file, it says it already exists when it doens't. even if you comment out the if statements, for checking if a file exists and whatnot, and just go to the upload command, no file gets uploaded. any ideas?
