Perldesk?

Hi

What do you think of perldesk software? is anyone using it? it is better than the modern bill and others?

and is anyone interested in helping me with the software? .

Last time I used perldesk, it was just a supporting helpdesk, nothing close to what modernbill could do. It was nice system and allowed me to pipe the email address directly into the helpdesk, but it had some problems that John never got fixed.
