Beyond that, ClickXchange is worth exploring for filler inventory, but do keep an eye on the status of those individual advertisers that you select as the CPM buyers, in particular, have a habit of disappearing within a matter of weeks.

Jan, my free host is going to be a bit different.. im putting lots of ads on the main page (where you sign up and stuff), and probably no ads, on the members pages
