Is there any cheap-paid hosting services that is simular to verohost unlike it doesn't require a domain name?

is it possible??

Hello,

We do not require a domain name. You can use a sub-domain (xx.verohost.com). Just when signing up, select "Use my existing domain" and enter "xx.verohost" and enter "com" in the 2nd box.

Thanks.

hello xamax,

Actually, most hosts will allow you to host without your own domain name. From what I have seen, it is hard to find ones that require a domain in fact.

So, if you like the plans that verohost or others have, just e-mail them and ask if you need something they don't specify on their pages.

Hi,

As Shost said it is unusual for a host to require you to have a domain name, it is actually more work for them to setup your domain if you have registered one of your own (not much, but...).

however, why wouldn't you register a domain? - it is very cheap (about the price of a months hosting) and gives your site better search engine respone (if chosen well), and improves perception of your site from users. i suppose there are situations where the above positives are not relevant... something to consider anyway.

Having said all that you could have a look at http://www.m6.net , who I am involved with - they are reliable and are able to offer you various plans - including ones that are budget consciuos if this is what is important to you.

Cheers,
Jim Smith
