VBTechX Web Hosting Solutions designed a layout quite a long time ago. We'd appreiate it if you would review it. The site location is located in our signature.

The header image doesn't look very clean and the overall design of the site comes off as very crowded to me.

I'd suggest removing the .:header:. designs, it doesnt look very professional.

Also what is the point of the grey/black at the top of the page?

yeah needs to be more simple, so the visitors will see the main service of what you offer.

I think part of the problem is that all the tables have borders. Try removing some.
