Hi I need a reliable web host which offers the following

Around 50-60 MB of Webspace
Mysql, PHP, cpanel (preferably). It would be better if ads are not a must. However a text link or a banner is ok. I just want it to be reliable as the lst webhost I tried was down most of the time. And some others who used post to host never contacted back. Thanks.
