You might want to read them again. Softcore or Hardcore, its illegal. India's Information Technology Act 2000 bans dissemination of adult content, with punishment of up to five years imprisonment and hefty fines.

The indian porn sites you are talking about, are run from US by No residential indians and none of the models live in india aswell.
