Need hosting for spoof-research/Humour site

I'm starting a website with spoofed news/research on it, and would like to get some hosting for it! I wouldn't need much, but here's what I'd like:

150 MB space(+/-)
??? MB B/W (how ever much you want to offer)
Cpanel
Maybe a couple of email accounts

That's all I can really think of that I will need right now. Any offers are appreciated! Also if possible I'd like to run my own ads on it, but I could put an ad for your site on there too if necessary, as long as I can choose where on the page to put it.
