Need help with site design, willing to pay.

Hello,

Not sure where to put this but I'm currently working on making a football (american) fansite dedicated to the NFL team the Washington Redskins. I've setup a design but as you can see from the link, it is not completed.

I need help making the design look better. I like the logo and I made it myself so I would like to keep that.

I can't pay much and I can only pay through paypal. I will only pay after the design is complete and if I like it. If it's real nice then I could pay extra then what I'm thinking of.
