Need an artist.

Alright... below I attached a pic I would like someone to redraw and add color, if possible. My scanner is broken and I'm no good at coloring. Any help would be appreciated.

Can you give some more information? What colours etc, what will it be used for and redraw it as what?

I would like the image back in either gif or png, whichever is better for the artist. The colors don't really matter. Except he's caucasian. The beanie could be red and white if it helps.
