Need A Script Designed

Ok, so I am starting a file host called http://filefrenzy.tk/. I am user CeleronDude's Uploader script for account file hosting. But I want a public uploader. So who ever designs me an upload script that can be included into a web page with only an html code that when the file is uploaded it returns a direct url to the file right below the uploader. will recieve a FULL SIZE banner on my site and an unlimited account. Also, the hosting is going to be offshore in Germany! So thank you whoever is interested!

btw, I don't need file size limiting. But I would like file type limiting available, although I would still like to be able to not limit any file types.
