I am making a new website. Let me know what you think.. Yes I know there is a large amount of open spaces, but I am trying to think of stuff to fill it in... I also relized I made a small error in my HTML I need to fix when I upload the site again... The error is the <?center> tag that I need to change to </center> on all pages. Talk about typos... ;)

Give me comments, critism, suggestions, anything... BE BRUTAL...

I forgot to say this page was up a long time ago, so I used the message board and the guestbook from my old one...
Ignore any posts in them.
 
Metallica = bad, but if you would anti-alias the graphics and loose the Times Roman you'd be doing great :D
 
Too plain. I've seen that layout way too many times to count.. heh.. Try something a big more original.
Other than that, cool ;)
 
The text changes size depending on client side text size settings. At medium the default, links are very hard to read, nothing happens other than change of cursor when mouseOver link. The Masters of Metal at the top is too bland for an image, if you want it to look like that change it to just plain text.
 
Thats not the graphic I will have,its a temp graphic.
I will talk to one of my friends and see if he can make me a graphic... But if anyone of you want to make a good logo for me, just let me know... I would make the graphics myself but as I have said in other posts I am not good with a graphic program.
 
Def. change the font... as said before Times New Roman sux, change it to arial or verdana or something.

In the lyrics, either center them or make a table so the text doesn't stick to your menu.

Also: dare to shock with your design (I don't mean use shockwave, just spice it up a little)
 
On one hand I liek the simple and logical layout.. things are easily found on your site. Jakob Nielsen would be proud of ya ;)

But, a Metallica site shoud have E-N-E-R-G-Y!!! you know, of the raw kind. Viewing your site should make me wanna grab a bat and bite its head off!

(I don't know what the second one looks like in Netscape, my roommate wont let my install it on her computer. I have to go to the library to see it. At the moment I don't have the time to go to the library.)
