For those who don't understand what he is asking for, i will try to make it understandable.

He is looking for any Hosting Company, that is tired of running a host, to sell him their clients.

So say Host A wants to close, ventrue21 (the guy above) offers Host A a certain amount of money for Host A's clients, so Host A stops hosting people, and all of his clients now go over to ventrue21, and pay him their monthly fees.
