Bandwidth: Unmetered or 100TB
RAM: 2GB
99.9% Uptime Must! Or I leave!

You're asking for a lot of resources to be using a VPS. My suggestion would be to just get a dedicated server. 250GB hard drives and 2GB of RAM are pretty much standard now on all entry level boxes.

The OP specifically asked for Xen. In addition to that, your "platinum" VPS only offers 120 GB of HDD and the OP asked for 250GB.
