looking for a simple guestbook

I need either a host with a simple, configurable guestbook, or just the files for a guestbook. I have a guestbook already but it's provided by my host and I want to switch hosts...
here is what the gb i have looks like, this is what i want my new one to look like as well-

i don't know anything about cgi, so the instructions i've seen on most free guestbooks have completely confused me. :confused2 all i had to do with this one was change the html pages for the sign form and the guestbook itself. (didn't have to change and cgi scripts, etc.)

any suggestions?

It's very easy to make it look exactly how you want; and has no ads except for a few text links to their services down the bottom, which aren't interfering at all .

Bravenet aren't very good. They have loads of ads and you can get a far better looking one if you host it yourself.

http://www.dreambook.com/ is also a really good free guestbook provider - you can customize almost everything there. Dreambook has been my guestbook provider for the entire 17 months my site has been up, and it will continue to be my guestbook provider.

thanks you guys, i have decided to use signmyguestbook.com ...i'm quite satisfied with how i can customize it (and there's only a couple text links at the bottom instead of huge ads), so i'll be using that one for now.
