I'm looking for a reliable NAS server for our corporate LAN.
The ideal device would:
- Be easy to deploy
- Have at least 8 SATA bays
- Have a storage capacity in excess of 3TB
- Cost less than $9,900 US (the budget cap for this perticular device)
Aberdeen AberNAS 232 (http://www.aberdeeninc.com/abcatg/NAS232.htm), seems like the best option, so far. (Thanks hottweelz!)
All comments/ideas/suggestions are welcome, and very much appreciated!
[EDIT] Fixed the link & product name, the XDAS is for another project. The NAS server we're thinking of buying is AberNAS 232. This is what you get for being too busy. [/EDIT]
