Looking for a host!

Hi.

I want a paid host with the following features:
- 50MB+ webspace
- 5GB+ bandwidth
- cgi (perl)/php
- no limit on mySql databases (phpMyadmin needed too)
- FTP
- domain hosting
- custom error pages
- control panel

About (or less than) $40 US per year!

I am intrested in the following 2 plans:
- http://www.nuke.to/plans.html (standard plan)
- http://www.dellz.com/plans/stand.htm

Any recommendations on more host and any experiences with them would help a lot.
