Kinda need help finding a better host..

yeah i know before you read this, no need to tell me becuase i already know my spelling sucks lol

ok now to get to buisness,

any chance anyone know a good cheap well not cheap but reasonable host thats offshore? for dedicated servers or resellers?

reason offshore becuase of there rules.. been shutdown 3 times on 3 usa host, been on 1 offshore and never had this problem once..

right now am on shinjiru.com but there uptime isn't as good as like..

and knowing i run a download game site for ibProArcade i need something better offshore and pretty much a host that won't shut you down over some stupid report about copyright vialation, without noticing you about the problem first. thats what my problem was with USA host.. and why i won't go on USA host.

they will shut you down without notifying you first.

basically ibProArcade 3rd party site is kind of like running a warez site in a way but not really, not sure if anyone understand what i mean.

ok now i am gonna tell yall what i will need.

if possible at least 40-50 GB of space and 300 GB - unmetered bandwith right now i have 10 GB and unmetered. cPanel X or the admin free thing that comes with a dedicated server don't matter as long as i can use it to host..

mYSQL unlimited if POSSIBLE! but not neccesarry
at least 40-50 ftp accounts for hosting.

thought about going to host with the planet but prices seem to high...

and yanno all the rest of the usuals

alsmo is the reason i don't got wolfpackhosting right now.. becuase of the bad downtime i was going through and how much source i was eating

would depend on restrictions and stuff and prices..

like i said we been on 3 usa host and been shutdown each time.. becuase of copyright problems.. am kind of looking for something like Netherlands or some where were yanno they don't care much about what you do.. and won't shut you down real easy without notifying you..

been with shinjo.com for about 6 months or so and they had a few emails but as i said they don't really mind what you do as long as you don't hurt the server if you get what i mean. but there problem is its a slow server and alot of downtime. so am looking for something faster either dedicated or reseller..

thats more reliable.. don't get me wrong shinjo is a great host, when it comes to support and anything else and a very friendly bunch.

and canada would do. but like i said all depends on what kind of restrictions.
