Manchester's: http://www.speedtest.net/global.php?continent=3&country=4®ion=182&city=358 - They're faster though, but by a small margin.

Ive just moved house and still waiting for virgin to connect me, but in the meantime im using 3`s mobile broadband.
which allegedly have speeds upto 7.2mbps well heres mine see what you think.
PS, dont do the stupid thing I did and sign up for mobile broadband. (its really just fast dial up and non static IP)
