image ads created by publisher

Okay, I decided to try and upload image ads that I created in publisher to my web server, instead of using sites like photobucket.

It is working, but for some reason when I enter the code and everything into craigslist, or any site it is making the image really BIG.

I am sure there is a way to decrease the size, but my question would be, where do I do that at?
