This is what I need..

I am planning on starting a college basketball website, with a forum, i know almost nothing about websites, but alot about forums.

I need a domain name, hosting, and a phpbb or vbulletin already included for a cheap price that can be payed with PayPal. If anyone can help me on this, I would greatly appreciate it. Also, I have no idea how much monthly transfer I will need either. So any information you can give me will help. Thanks!
