Did you check in Change Options or something like that? Or you chose Change Profile? Change Options should be the right one.
 
Yep I know where it is.

.. I'll try logging out, clearing cookies and temp files and all that shit.
 
some people think so highly of the most trivial things. it's the same with post counts.

logged back in.
avatar option still disabled!

Close at least. As of less than 6 days ago, here, you had 50 posts. 113 in less than a week since then.
 
Play around with the tools and stuff.

Eventually you'll get the hang of it.

It's pretty easy one you know what your doing ... wait everythings like that.

You just need to know the basics of image editing and away you go!
