CGI Scripting language can be Perl, PHP, Phython, Shell Script, C, C++, Java, etc.

startrek, I don't think you'll find a decent free host with these requirements, but you might try demented.org but they are connected with dsl (=quite slow)

Look, I don't know CGI. I DO know C++ (VC++6 and learning .NET). I was simply asking, and if you can host C++ programs web-based... more info please?
