Not to go thread bashing here, but, I've seen you have had this exact service under several different names many times and each time it has gone under.
What's going on here?

At first I thought he was proberbly on a free host, but he is not.
He is hosted by Lunarpages.com or one of its resellers.
Lunarpages is one of the most expensive webhosts out there.
So, there isn't really a reason why the OP quits again and again and again, unless he runs out of money that is or breaks his webhosts TOS. A lot of webhosts don't allow filehosts on their servers.

Yeah, there's just a history of different names and threads over several years. I remember seeing at one point he was using HostGator, which was strange and explains why the site disappeared. I also remember he released the script for Letever (one of his old names) and I fixed up the poorly handled script for the fun of it (during which I found out he used pre-written code of which he left the comments in). Not to mention many different changes in allowed file size (it was 1500 MB at one point), most likely following the web hosting provider's PHP.INIs.

Also, if you go to http://hotlinked.org:2083/ it'll redirect to https://seed.fastsecureservers.com:2083/, which the main website is a blank page. Very peculiar, I must say.
Another thing is he left the uploaded file directories open: http://www.hotlinked.org/files/ and http://www.hotlinked.org/special/files/.

I don't really know what to think other than what OP will do when he sees his scheme has been discovered. We're on to you, Borduria. ;)

Looks like the domain is already expired. Any chance that it has been moved? Or is it completely out?
