So how do you allocate plans to users,, as there is no basic requirements for all those plans...

The only difference is the space and bandwidth between the plans. What we do is give our first package to everyone who signs up, then upon their request, we simply upgrade their account.

Sorry, we place Google Ads on members accounts, thus abiding with the Google TOS, you may not place any other Contextual ads ....
