Here's a tough one...

ok.. Heres a tough one.. I want to make a new layout that looks like the picture at www.cococomics.uni.cc/main.jpg
.. I have labled it to let you know what it should be. If anyone out there is feeling extremely generous, could you explain to me how to do this?? I only know HTML and CSS, so be patient. Anyway, if anyone would like to explain this to me, either pm me, or email me, or just write it here!

well you said you only know HTML and CSS, so most probably you can do that already?
you can try laying it out using Frontpage or Dreamweaver if you find it hard hand coding.

Well, I'll be the first to say this. The design is nice, but I suggest you try and make it cross-browser compatible. I use firefox, and the alignment of the text is all screwed up. I opened it up in IE and it displayed fine, so take another look aat that coding.
