The only way that you will get a free .net or .org domain is that you either register at a point reward website like www.perkcentral.com and earn enough points for a domain by signing up with their sponsors, or if you have a decent website hosted with lots of hits, someone might be able to give you a domain. Why is it so important that your domain extension is .net or .org anyway? .info is free at the moment.
