Header and Footer WordPress+vBulletin.

Hello guys,

I am working on a new post to host site.
The main website will be using Wordpress and the forums will be using vBulletin 3.8.x.
Now I want to use the header and footer from WordPress on vBulletin, but I don't know how.
I don't want people to think that they visit a compleet other website.

Can you do this, wrap WordPress around vBulletin?
Have you done it before? My budget is about $20 to do this.

I am not putting the URL in public, I don't want it to be picked up by Google just yet.

If you go to the vBulletin Admin CP(Control Panel) and look at the Styles & Templates section you can control the look of your forum.

I know that. Thats not going to help me. I want to wrap Wordpress around vB.
