Growing cheat site needs hosting

I need free hosting for my cheat site. It's about 23 mb's so far. And that's without any cheats uploaded so far! I'm guessing that I'll need around 600 megabites disk space. Also, I would like if I can get:

instant activation

Cpanel 10

5+gigs of bandwith per month

No forum posting whatsoever

I will be transferring over 1400 posts from my forum at http://s3.invisionfree.com/gameuniverse

just to let you know i dont think invisionfree allows database backups. so i think your starting clean. thats why i stay away from "free" forum hosts.

I'm aware that invisionfree.com charges to backup a database, but they can't charge you if you move it by hand!
