We offer the following:

250 megs of storage space for your website (A site may request more if it starts to grows past this).
We will provide you with free domain hosting if you own your own domain, if you do not own your own domain we will set you up with a url of: http://username.net-games.com. The username will be up to you as long as it is not already in use or inappropriate.
We will provide you with unlimited
Email accounts (pop3/forward).
Ftp accounts to access your site.
We will provide you with your own cgi-bin.
The Server supports: Perl5, Php4, SSI, and MySql currently (More support will be added as needed)
We run on a Linux apache based server. If you require help we will try to offer as much help as possible.
At this time we do not offer shell access to any website.
Online Web Site administration area where site logs and statistics may be viewed up to the minute.
Multiple T1/T3 connections to 4 major backbone providers.


Here are the Requirements for hosting:

Your site must be a clan/news, online gaming, related site.
You must have a current website design setup somewhere on the web that can be reviewed so that a hosting decision may be made.
We request that sites hosted by us display a "Hosted By" button on there main page. Link and button information will be provided upon site setup.
We Request that One Month notice be given before a web site is moved off the Net-Games servers.
We do not Condone nor tolerate XXX or Wares (Illegal software) this includes but in not limited to Mulitplayer hacks/cheats, Links to Wares sites, etc. If this is found to be on a site that site will be subject to immediate deletion.
We will not allow sub hosting of other sites on sites hosted by us. (However we will offer hosting to previously sub hosted sites as well)
Your site must have a reasonable amount of content at all times. Although many clan sites may not have content, they should have a reasonable amount that deals with their specific game.
Net-Games AG Administration reserves the right to review the contents of any hosted site to ensure compliance with the Terms-of-Service.
If you find the above acceptable and would like Net-Games to consider you for hosting then please Click the Apply for Hosting link and complete the application. After the site has been reviewed you will receive a email with futhur instructions. We try to review each site within 24 hours.

My site, that won't be opening until Feburary, focuses primarily on entertainment sites such as gaming ones.
 
Pluh.com

Pluh.com is a free gaming host. Not positive of thier features, but eh owner's a good guy, and has a very informative site to say the least.
