Hello, i need a webhost that will have at least:

1. 500 megs of storage
2. 1000 megs bandwidth.
3. php (support with phpmyadmin) NEWEST VERSION
4. mySQL (at least 1 database) NEWEST VERSION
5. Invision Power Board support (needs to allow IPB v 2.1.6 installed by me!)
whoa! scratch that! my ipb is illegal! phpbb instead please!
6. Unlimited # of pages.
7. Support for a .co.nr domain, or a sub-domain please.

No because he is happy with a subdomain. You need a real domain to get a license.

striker1553, what you are asking for is illegal, and you wont get any offers here.
 
i need a domain? oh, uh then nvm... well then instead oh ipb can i get one that sypports phpbb?
i just downloaded the software is all.... well then ill get rid of it if its tainted. can i still get support for phpbb since the ipb i got is illegal?

You need an IPB license to run IPB, not only a domain. IPB is NOT free, you need to pay to use it.

And yes, anyone can offer you phpBB hosting. Check out our plans by clicking here
