Well, there is a small link back to Joolo.com at the bottom of your pages. It is pretty tiny, however even this can be removed for a one off payment of $10.

By default:
- PHP safe mode is on
- sendmail is off
however these can both be changed on an account by account basis.

I joined about a week ago and have sent a email and lodged a support ticket asking for safe mode to be turned off so i can install gallery .

We have has some problems with support tickets. Email support should be fine though...

Safe mode is off now for your account :)
 
i am having problem with FTP
when i upload my all files they almost number 200+ and when they r uploaded their number is down to 100 almost,, what is problem with me?

It's hard for me to say from just that information, however you should receive an error message if certain files are being rejected.

Usually this is due to either file extensions that are not allowed or files larger than 2MB.

I would suggest emailing support@joolo.com with the details of a few files that are failing to upload and we will take a look at it right away :)
 
I have a problem setting your nameservers for my domain. I get an error saying that different nameservers cannot use the same IP. Any ideas how I could still use them?
