no, we don't use bur.st for this... It's hosted on one of our servers which is based in the US, as apposed to our other ones which are based in Australia - And you need to be an Australian Resident to use bur.st and they only give you a 1GB limit, in which you have to be a donating user to recieve!

We on the other hand are offering unlimited space!

The site has been updated to say the same as the post here... Also I must remind everyone that we do not host personal websites, unless they contain no pornographic material, are in english, and contain no warez, etc.

just out of interest do you use cpanel for webhosting or something similar?

We do use cpanel on our US server at this stage, and I have just uploaded the Terms and Conditions to the site, and haven't had a chance to create a page as yet, but nevertheless they are still easily viewable!
 
if you don't feel like making a page you can always make the t&c's a pdf

only problem with that is it can freeze up old pc's and most people don't really use acrobat

Well I was thinking of that... Most of the time it's just the usual mentioned in there anyway, and as everyone these days has Microsoft Word, or a similar open source alternative that opens .doc files, it's not really an issue... I'll get around to it one day I guess, but I would rather like to spend my time creating the best experience for the users!
 
ive found that the .doc file tries to load in the browser giving you a 404 page

and the only way to even view it is right clicking -> save as then opening it up from my desktop

Might be your security settings and your browser... I have no problems opening them in Firefox 2.0

EDIT: (Just confirming that the T&C's now are working correctly on several PC's here!)

i hate to be a knit pick but your webmail login leads to a 404

also how do i got about getting cpanel access?

You can't get cPanel access on these, as it's personal webspace only, without the mod cons of everything else. However than been said, if there's any changes you wish to make don't hesitate to contact me... We're only really providing email accounts, but happy to give out webspace as well!(without cpanel)

Getting no 404 errors here... (I've checked the browser source and it's going to the right place.)
