But both of them seems already dead.

either those company no longer exist in the market or they already build up their database . So they no longer provide free hosting.
No company that able to provide long run free hosting because they will suffer lose and people would not satisfied with free hosting for long term due to lot of term and condition apply.

There are several free hosts that have had free hosting for the last 10 yrs.

I made a post asking why he was allowed to post, even after uploading illegal scripts and even setting up a Ddos on one of his "sponsored" VPS (I believe sander K sponsored him, I am not going to find the exact person). There is absolutely NO reason he should be allowed to post here again. He has been banned from AT LEAST 4 other forums (https://freevps.us/user-1505.html, http://----------------/member.php?22-mtwiscool and http://proxy.org/forum/members/mtwiscool.html), and I am willing to wager the number far exceeds that. As quoted from Sander himself from the forum that cannot be mentioned:

He installed a script that he could use to attack other servers with.
Basically the script didn't do what it was made for because of our firewall, it blocks to many outgoing pings.

Malicious activity should NEVER be tolerated, nor EVER given a second chance. This is in addition to the 10+ failed projects due to his inability to do what is required.
