Unless someone is reeeeeeally nice, no. You'll have to go pay. Especially the bandwidth...why do you need 2-5 GB of b/w? 
I would think if people seriously needed that sort of thing for legal purposes they wouldn't even think of looking for it for free and go paid but that's the second request recently that's like that
