Not all sites are like this, it really depends on what they offer for plans. Some hosts offer 1TB (1000 GB) transfer and require no ads. Not sure how they can aford that, but look at smaller places like Zoomcities, they have been around for a few years, and I do not believe they require ads.

You shouldn't make such promises, seeing it is impossible to guarantee 100% uptime.
