I don't like to waste anyone's time so i'll get straight to what i am looking for(this is for a friend who is hosting a Delta Force squad site)

must haves:
-25mb or more space
-700MB or more transfer
-PHP support
-MySQL dbs (1 or 2 is enuough)
-File cap larger than 700kb (if there is any)
-No Popup adds (everyone hates them)
-Cron Jobs

Optionals:
-50mb or more space
-2 GB or more transfer
-ability to park a domain later on
-subdomains
-No adds? (i doubt the chances of this so don't bother with saying i'm stupid)

advertisment and other requirements (if there is to be any):
-can't be popup, but banner/google adds are ok
-no need to post in forums

the site:
-a delta force (shoot'em up game) squad site
-has NO ilegal stuff on it
-every single materal is self owned
-PHP codes are very easy going with hosting server

If he already has a site and he has proof of 500 page views + per month, he can alsoget 75mb space, 2000mb transfer and 3 mysql databases.
