You can always use ning.com to create your community. They place ads, but their social networking script is awesome!
And they host it for free of course.

i know but i want to test that see if i can at least get a few members.

lol, yeah... forgot to say, dolphin would be the best free social networking script, if it wasn't for their three major disadvantages:

1.- Every section of the site has ads
2.- Filled with bugs
3.- Resource hogger

thanks alot i take all your points un board but i want to creat social networking site wit phpizabi. I don't expect o get tons of thousands.

So i will try phpizabi an if that dont work out then i will try what you guys sugested.
