The files expire after 45 days of not logging in. You receive an email at that point in time, and all you have to do is login to keep your files from being deleted.

Or you can upgrade, and your files will never expire. You will find that most hosting sites don't hold onto your files infinitely. That is just unreasonable, and too costly.

I have never had a file deleted with filesmelt.com and several other upload sites...
