There are too many unix hosts about.

Any server can crash .. with the right compination.

people want "Real ASP" , Access databases , .NET - Fast connections ... all for a cheap price .. i can provider them with this for only $22.50 per year all fees included.

No , the host i will be signing up to doesn't allow -

1. The clients reselling
2. Free webspace
3. pop3 mailbox give aways
 
So how do you plan to host people if you aren't allowed to?

As far as space upgrades ... Yes ... thats pretty easy and would be pretty cheap for you.

Data-transfer is not restricted so thats ok.

Yes, that you get a server or some kind of reselling account before you start to take signups. This is the third time now, isn't it?
