Whooked Proxy is simple and fast. Just enter your URL and thats it. You also have options to play around with.

And our proxy can't be blocked since we allow https.

and yeah just because you enable https doesn't mean a boarder manager can't block your url lol

It's blocked from my workplace. Maybe because it has the word proxy in the domain portion of the URL.
