Facebook like for a free download?

Would you like (Facebook) a free WordPress theme or plugin before you could download it?

Not really no. I think the best kind of system that is similar to what you're explaining has to be the Pay with a Tweet kind of scheme. I don't mind admitting whenever I use it, I just end up deleting the tweet after I have the download link. Quite rude of me I suppose but its a simple way to obtain something.

Its quite easy to just unlike something too.
