Do I need multiple IPs?

Hi guys,
I want to rent a mail server for sending millions of email.(not spam and totally legitimate) Do I need multiple IPs ?
Thanks in advance.
 
It will be better if you send the emails distributed over multiple IP addresses. Sending out emails with single IP address will always create spam and blacklist your IP. This will effect your hosting company as well as the email campaign you are hosting.
