We're definitely going to be taking a hard look at doing the same. This morning's issues were appalling (to say the least).
 
I recommend GoRack.net located in Jacksonville, FL. They are fully redundant Data Center and fiber network with 24/7/365 network monitoring and support availability
 
I am no longer renting servers. I now buy them and have them placed co-location in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
I have lost 8 clients with dedicated servers due lag problems with Burst.
 
I also suggest to try gorack.net. they have positive reviews on wht forums and have fast support and network
