Okay, i thought it was all good, but its not.

Lets see the facts.

1- I bought a dedicated server plus a whole C class IP Block (256 Ip's).

2- Comfy's support told me they would need an extra day to assign me the ip addresses. And everything was fine.

3- 20 days after my monthly payment, i still dont have it.

I was told its assignment would take 1 day, and it was march 18.

There's no other. By the time i paid for it, that justification was 100% OK.

So if you cant provide me what you told you could, please give me a full money refund. I need those ip addresses as soon as possible. Im loosing huge amounts of money with frauds and if you cant help me with what i need, im pretty sure i can find another place that will.

Since you can provide what i paid for, i think a money refund is more than fair. I have no further use for this dedicated server without the ip addresses.

Why i need the ip addresses ??

For testing possible anty-fraud solutions. Thats the only reason / justificative.

I dont have another. When i paid for it, you never told me i'd need another.

BOTH are assigned to another server.

67.215.229.255 is a broadcast IP

67.215.229.256 dont EVEN EXIST.

Im feeling ripped off. if i dont hava a good answer by the end of this day, i'll call my credit card operator and cancel this purchase.

Please, my ip addresses or a money refund or EVEN AN ANSWER. please, dont play dead

They answer you whenever they want.



Well, read it for yourself and think twice
 
1) a screenshot would of been nicer to see other then all those text quotes (my eyes are burning)

2) i am no Pro but i believe you don't need so many IPs to test for fraud i think thats alittle too much :S

3) i think your the most impatient dude i've seen, you could of gave them atleast 2 days before making a ticket
 
256 IP's seems like something you should have better justification for. I don't deal with ARIN, but I think they're a little more strict than that.

If you can justify such demands in 3 words, I think you don't really need it.... which might explain why it took so long.

Or you first take the money and then you see if you can give me what i need ?? Thats not how it should work. I asked him first before i sign in.

He told me my server would be ready (including the ip addresses) in 1 day.

Im not telling he should give me the ip addresses. Im just tellin, IF he can't, give me my money back.
 
I was just waiting on my network provider to get the IP's justified. Unfortunately it's a rather long process. I did inform Paul that the IP pricing has changed at the network level and we won't even be able to get him the IP's at the price quoted.
 
256 IP's. Well that doesn't sound very usual.

Arin justification was required in this case and I don't see how 3 words can describe it.

Mark, make sure you define to this individual what he is and isn't getting with his package. Just so you don't get blamed for his lack of server security down the line.
 
I'd also like to add that posting support discussions and similar information in public is strictly against our TOS. Paulo, we are not doing business with you any further.

I dont want credit, i wont continue with your company. I think i have this right.

I paid you for something you cant give me. So give me back my money. Not credit my account if i never asked u to.
 
No Paulo, we are not crediting your account. Your server will be shut off at the end of your month to give you time to move files, but you can not continue your server through us. We are trying to provide a quality service and when certain mishaps occur we can't have people running to FWS before submitting a ticket.
 
you never answered my tickets. it was my last attemp to get what ive paid for.

you took 20 of 30 days to tell me you wouldnt provide me something you told that would take you ONE DAY.

you are the wrong one, and you dont care because you know i cant do anything against u.

But thats up to you. 50, 100 or 150 dollars wont kill me.

Im sure you will loose a lot more from people reading this post
 
Curious question, why did you need 256 ips? What kinda dedi were you going to run?

any screenies of your support tickets?

No Paulo, I definitely will not. People realize when someone who has been around these parts quite a lot longer than you. They also realize the amount of integrity and respect I have for clients when I receive it in return. Especially those who receive outrageous deals like this one.

I could care less about $150 Paulo so I'm glad you are on the same page as me. But I am not refunding for something that was completely beyond my control, not to mention to someone whose lack of respect for the company drew him to post on FWS when there were issues that were non-existent to begin with. When the solution to a server problem is a reboot, and you don't ask for that reboot, there is nothing I can do really.

I paid u 100 dolar for something ive never seen, and youre not givin me back. You haven't paid it for the company you resell, so you just kept it to you.

sorry, i missed your post.

Didn't find anything tellin i couldnt discuss support conversation.

And like i said above, testing anti-fraud solutions for a CPA (cost per action) company :p
