Because we here in the uk are in BST (british summer time) in a while we will put the clocks back one hour, and it will be GMT again.

As I already posted in another thread, the times on this forum are claimed to be "GMT" but are actually GMT-1.  (And the date is in a US-specific format, a no-no for an international page...)
