Chemical and Biological weapons factory have been found in iraq (this is not an april fools day thread)

I didn't say they had WMD, now we know they have the capacity to make WMD, that should give the stupid hippies something to think about.

I bet that many of the African nations have the "capacity" (don't you mean "capability"?) to make weapons of mass destruction, but that doesn't mean that they are putting in the funding to do so.
