cheap domain hosting only for email

I am looking for the cheapest way to host my own domain.
My only requirement is: about a dozen POP3-capable email addresses for my domain.
I don't need any webspace (maybe just 1kb for an index.html file!) as I don't plan to host anything on the domain. It's just being used for (personal) e-mails.

Something like our http://www.aussiehosts.com/redirect.html would do the trick. Point the domain anywhere, or nowhere, and you have 20 POP mailboxes to work on with your control panel. AU$10.00 per year (around US$5.00).
