CGI Host?

I am looking for a good CGI free host. Here is what I need:

-Perl
-10MB+ space
-Ability to place Banner ads anywhere in the top part of the screen

I know about Spaceports, and I can't use them as I already have an almost full CGI-Bin there.

Any suggestions?

Since you dont mind the banners...why not use hypermart...

They have PERL, 25MBs, and you can place the banner where ever you want (in the top part).

Just put:

<!--#echo banner=""-->

where you want the banner to go, and it will be placed there instead of the popup.

Another good one, if you dont like hypermart, is netcabins.com. Tom is finally accepting new apps, and according to the FAQ, you can place the banner where ever you want...oh yeah, and the site seems pretty fast...
